No commission, no service fee and no utility surcharges. Electricity and water are covered by the villa's own solar system and private well. The only local charge is the small Tunisian tourist tax, paid on site if applicable.

You select your dates here, the system calculates the exact total, and your request goes straight to the owner. You receive a written confirmation with the final price and payment details by email. Because there is no platform in between, you save the 15 to 20 percent that portals add on top.

How do I pay and when is the booking confirmed?

The booking is confirmed once the owner has replied in writing and the agreed deposit is received by bank transfer. The balance is due before or on arrival. Every step is documented by email, nothing is charged automatically.
